Comment on Li pellet Conditioning in TFTR

Abstract:
Li pellet conditioning in TFTR results in a reduction of the edge electron density which allows
increased neutral beam penetration, central heating, and fueling. Consequently the temperature
profiles became more peaked with higher central Ti, Te, and neutron emission rates.
