Weak Turbulence in a Homogeneous Plasma
Authors: Ronald C. Davidson
Abstract: In recent years considerable effort has been devoted to the study of weakly turbulent plasmas. The term "turbulent" when used to describe the state of a plasma usually refers to situations where a large number of collective modes are excited, for example, through an instability. The label "weak" or "strong" turbulence in general needs clarification in the context of the problem one is considering.
